Commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC)

As the Navy's Chief Learning Officer, Rear Admiral Jones oversees the individual learning & development of over 400,000 U.S. Sailors worldwide, as well as providing selected technical training for members of the other U.S. armed services and allied nations. NETC is comprised of more than 19,000 military and civilian staff at more than 170 subordinate activities and detachments in the United States and at remote sites overseas, providing learning & development to more than 30,000 students on any given day.
